Two Months

Natalie turned 2 months old on Thu 02/09/12 (see separate post for 2 month tiger pics). She is still considered tiny by most people but has grown quite well. We had her 2 month well-check appt on Friday and she's 8lbs 5oz (up from 6lbs 4oz on Jan 4th and was 6lbs 8oz at birth) which is the 2nd percentile, is 21 1/4 inches long for 5th percentile and her head circumference is 37cm - 10-25th percentile. It was hard seeing her get her shots but after crying in the office she was fine afterwards.

Developmentally she is doing very well. She has started smiling and cooing. She will follow us around the room with her eyes. She hates tummy time but does have pretty good head control. She still has blocked tear ducts but hopefully those will still clear up on their own.

Mommy is enjoying her time home with Natalie - there are 3 weeks left until she has to start Daycare. We are hoping that she doesn't get nearly as sick as Abbie did when she started Daycare. Abbie continues to be a very proud Big Sister and Natalie gives her some interesting looks sometimes - it's almost like she wonders what her 'crazy sister' is up to :-).
